1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and purchasing from the LlyfrAwel website ("the Site"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and LlyfrAwel ("we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use or make purchases from our Site.

2. Products and Orders

LlyfrAwel sells notebooks, journals, pens, writing instruments, file folders, and organizational products. All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct errors in pricing or product information. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we accept upon sending an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, inaccuracies, or inventory issues.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LlyfrAwel, its directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from these terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the total amount you paid to LlyfrAwel for the specific product giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

The Site and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

4. Intellectual Property Protection

All content on the LlyfrAwel Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the exclusive property of LlyfrAwel or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The "LlyfrAwel" name and logo, and all related product and service names, are our trademarks.

You may not use, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Site for any commercial purpose without our express prior written consent. Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by LlyfrAwel.

5. Refund & Return Policy

We strive for your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return most new, unopened, and unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. You will receive instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number may not be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

For hygiene reasons, personalized items, opened writing instruments, or used notebooks/journals cannot be returned unless defective. Defective products will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LlyfrAwel is legally established, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
