Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in its original, unused, and resalable condition.
- It must be in the original packaging, with all tags, labels, and protective materials intact.
- You must initiate the return request within 30 days from the date you received the item.
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
Please note that personalized, customized, or monogrammed items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that are not in original condition, are damaged, used, or show signs of wear.
- Items missing original packaging or accessories.
- Gift cards or downloadable software products.
Initiating a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. We will guide you through the process and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
Refund Process

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable for returns that are not due to an error on our part.
