We currently offer one reliable shipping option: Standard Shipping. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Destinations & Timeframes

We ship to a wide range of international destinations. Estimated delivery times for Standard Shipping are as follows:

  • Domestic (UK): 3-5 business days after dispatch.
  • European Union: 5-10 business days after dispatch.
  • North America & Australia: 7-14 business days after dispatch.
  • Rest of World: 10-20 business days after dispatch.

Please note these are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, local postal services, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the total weight of your items. There is currently no minimum order value for free shipping. All applicable charges will be displayed transparently before you complete your purchase.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, please be aware that you may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. LlyfrAwel has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of order. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Damaged or Lost Packages

While we take great care in packaging your items, issues can occasionally occur during transit.
