How long does processing and shipping take?
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 5-10 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is on its way.
What are your shipping destinations and costs?
We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain value, which will be clearly displayed on our website.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
We are able to modify or cancel an order only if it has not yet entered the processing stage. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unused, and resalable condition, including all original packaging. Personalized or customized items are final sale and cannot be returned. To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected].
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
Products & Care
Are the paper products in your notebooks archival quality?
Many of our notebooks feature acid-free paper, which is designed to resist yellowing and deterioration over time. Please check the individual product description for specific paper specifications.
How should I care for my leather journal or folio?
For genuine leather products, we recommend keeping them away from direct heat and moisture. Use a clean, dry cloth for dusting. For specific stains, a leather conditioner suitable for the type of leather may be used sparingly.
Do your pens use standard refills?
Most of our pens are designed to accept standard international refills (like Parker-style or Schmidt-style). The compatible refill type is listed in the product details. We also offer refills for purchase in our Writing Instruments section.
